Upload to your WordPress themes folder and activate through the Appearance/Editor link in the Dashboard.
There are minor tweeks which are included in the SEO Plus WordPress Theme folder.

Good SEO optimized wordpress Theme and good content site.
I quite like this theme for its simplicity…I have a hard time with word press as I want to change themes every 5 minutes so I’m always on the lookout and I really appreciate people who put there time in and put this stuff out there…I wish I could code.
