I recon God must have smiled on us all when [TAG-TEC]myspace[/TAG-TEC] came about. No other website has been hit so hard by Internet Marketers and [TAG-TEC]Website promoters[/TAG-TEC] like Myspace has.
From first browse Myspace gives you the impression that the website is a haunt for our young and weird who have nothing better to do than spam and abuse everyone else. That may be true to an extent, but is also one of the most powerful free website traffic generators on the net.
But, unless you know a bit about it, you will not get any marketing benefit from it.

- You add html within all the Bulletins?
- That you can write articles with html in your myspace blog?
- Comments you add to someone profile can also have html in it?
- You can customise and add anything you want to the area called “About Me” and yes, you can add html in there too.

A few weeks ago, I sent an email to my subscribers telling them about a Social Bookmarking website called Stumble Upon and how I was promoting a new website called Wordpress Profits using new web 2.0 techniques. I hope a lot of my subscribers took my advise. Check out this image!
More than 800 visitors from Stumble Upon went to my new site Wordpress Profits. Forty eight of them returned! And 23 visitors came from search results in Google.
I was blown away with the results. Wordpress Profits is less than 2 months old and so far I have only used web 2.0 techniques. These results prove without any doubt, that Stumble Upon has helped me get heaps of new traffic and it has also helped me get indexed quicker in Google.
You can get much the same results I do, with a little help from me. Okay here is how I can help you and you can help me in return.
Go to Stumble Upon and get yourself a Toolbar. Install it and do all the processes it tell you to do. Then when you have it setup, go to this page and send me your details, including your Stumble Upon page. username and email address and web address. Once I get these details, I will visit your website and Stumble it, giving you a bookmark and then a site review.
In return, I will give you my details and you do the same. If I can I will add all the people that Stumble me, so that other visitors to Wordpress Profits and WebSeo+Plus will get a chance to be Stumbled.
- Now go and get your toolbar here: Stumble Upon Toolbar
- Once you have it installed go to either Wordpress Profits or WebSeo+Plus and click the Thumbs Up Icon on your toolbar to bookmark my site. Bookmark as many pages as you want.
- Now go to this page and leave your Stumble Upon details and I will do the same for you.
Now, watch your stats. I recon it will take about 2 weeks before you will see any real results. But once the traffic starts coming, it will be longterm.
