Viral Tweets is a free application that sends a Tweet to Twitter from your website by a visitor. It does this from a simple form on your website.

Basically what it allows you to do is setup a form very similar to this one on your website. You add a headline of your offer at the top and then a short (140 character) message in the Tweet box promoting your offer. Then when a visitor visits your website, sees your offer and wants it, all they have to do is fill in their Twitter username and password and click “Tweet Now!”

Once the Tweet is sent to their list of followers (telling them of your special offer – Very Cool!) the page will redirect to the second page, were they will fill in your optin form, allowing you to add them to your list and then sending them your Free Offer.

I know the title of this post is a little confusing, but I wanted it to be.

I must admit that I am a complete novice when it comes to Twitter. I couldn’t understand why so many Internet marketers were trying to get me to follow them. Why would I follow them, I hardly even now how to use Twitter, so “following them was a complete waste of my time.

Thats was until Iread this article How to Use Twitter to Grow Your Business. I came across it yesterday and it actually made sense to me. So first thingthis morning I went to Twitter and got myself an account.

After reading afew articles on how to make the most of Twitter as a pro-blogger, I registered the name wordpressprofit. Fitting isn’t it? I haven’t got many followers yet and apparently the trick to generating a profitable Twitt is to be very particualr who you follow.

In another article I read this morning (sorry I can’t remember were i read it) it suggested that you keep your followers at a ratio of 2.1. Two being “followed” and the one being “following”. I guess it will make sense to me at some stage.

It’s rather exciting! I have been very successful in the old hat ways of marketing my online business, but this Old Dog can learn new tricks and Twitter and tweets will be another tool in my blogging arsenal.

Social Bookmarking Sites can give you a lot of Traffic and Backlinks for your Blog . The only drawback: You have to go to all the Social Bookmarking Sites and submit your link there, if you made a new post. Probably this ist, what the founders of OnlyWire thought. OnlyWire is a Website, which makes it possible to submit your article to 16 Social Bookmarking Sites with one click.

This Plugin goes one step further. It uses the OnlyWire API, to submit every new Post you make to OnlyWire and therefore to 16 Social Bookmarking Sites. This is done automatically in the background. The only thing, you have to do, is editing the PHP-File and putting in the correcht values for $user and $password, so OnlyWire can identify you. If that’s done, you just have to move the file to your wp-content/plugins Folder and activate it through the admin panel. Now every Post you do is submitted to 16 Social Bookmarking Sites.

Before you do anything visit OnlyWire and register an account. You will have to register with all the bookmarking sites, but you have done it once, you wont have to do it again.

If you are like me and hate the manual process of submitting your sites to the bookmarking service, have a look at Auto Social Poster. It’s not cheap to buy, but I recon it’s worth every cent I paid for it.

Until now, I have manually submitted my sites to 20 of the most important bookmarking sites and then made sure Google, yahoo and MSN could find them.

The job is a pain in the bum, but it has to be done. Socialmarker.com makes the job a little easier, but I wanted a service that did it all automatically for me. (I am lazy by nature).

2 months ago I went searching on Google, using the search term "bookmarking plugin for wordpress". I got about 10 results and checked each one out until I found Auto Social Poster from Mass Automation. This guy has developed a WordPress Plugin that will submit my new posts automaticaly to up to 34 major Bookmarking sites for me. All I have to do is make a new post, add some tags and click Publish! It’s all done behind the scenes automatically. No more manual submissions for me.

Like I said, I have been using Auto Social Poster for around 2 months. The traffic to my site has gone up by 37% and my Page Rank has gone from a 2/10 to a 3/10. Now, you could attribute that to a number of factors. But I know that this new plugin has saved me at least 12 hours per week and probably earnt me 4 times more than I paid for it.

If you are like me and hate the manual process of submitting your sites to the bookmarking service, have a look at Auto Social Poster. It’s not cheap to buy, but I recon it’s worth every cent I paid for it.

Reading page after page of tutorials, ebooks and journals drives me crazy. So when Web Video became the norm on the internet, I was over the moon. No longer did I have to read, read and read more. Web Marketing Videos is a section were I will place videos highlighting unique or new marketing techniques or products. Infact the first video was taken from Brad Callen. He’s the guy who made Seo Elite. Now we all know how powerful this piece of software is if you want to rank high in Google. The video I decided to grab highlights the power of Submitting Articles to the article Directories as a backlink generator.
