I came across a fantastic little tool today called Viral Tweets and from first glance I could see the list building potential of it.
Viral Tweets is a free application that sends a Tweet to Twitter from your website by a visitor. It does this from a simple form on your website.

Basically what it allows you to do is setup a form very similar to this one on your website. You add a headline of your offer at the top and then a short (140 character) message in the Tweet box promoting your offer. Then when a visitor visits your website, sees your offer and wants it, all they have to do is fill in their Twitter username and password and click “Tweet Now!”
Once the Tweet is sent to their list of followers (telling them of your special offer - Very Cool!) the page will redirect to the second page, were they will fill in your optin form, allowing you to add them to your list and then sending them your Free Offer.

I must admit that I am a complete novice when it comes to Twitter. I couldn’t understand why so many Internet marketers were trying to get me to follow them. Why would I follow them, I hardly even now how to use Twitter, so “following them was a complete waste of my time.
